You mean like that prat Salmond who encouraged the masses to register on the electoral roll to vote 'yes' and then discover since they've come out of the woodwork they are being chased for historical poll-tax payments?

yeah that was funny. he had to act in a panic to prevent his new voters from being chased up for ancient poll tax dodging. but isn't that exactly what we expect from a scheming bum like eck?
